I have a Jack LaLanne ( spelling??) I love it! I've had it for about 3 years and it's still awesome! I was skeptical about "wasting" fruit to just get the juice, but this makes ALOT of juice...and I use most of the pulp. It includes a couple of recipe books. It was about $99.... But well worth it! We used to throw away…

I just made a "lean cuisine" type meal to freeze...cooked a full spagetti squash shredded...mix with a bag of frozen California Veggies, pasta sauce and chicken breast... Froze in portions to take to work for lunch! It was Delish!!! oops... it's sideways... oh well... you see it! :wink:

I'm re-starting today..... I started a few months ago, but my treadmill busted. I just found out that a nearby town does an annual 5K in August... I'm stoked! I've never done one before...but I am gonna do this one!!

I have 2 boys who are now 6 and 8... they were not so hard to train...but my advice is to just be patient!! Do not try to force him... he will do it when he is ready. We did not use a potty in my house... we used a regualr toilet with a small insert for #2's.... and I started them standing up (like a big boy) to pee right…

Oh..I read lips as well!!!! If I am facing someone and they are talking to me, but cover their mouths for some reason... I cannot pay attention to what they are saying! I have such a hard time concentrating while talking on the telephone!!! :ohwell:

I sleep with the back of one foot in between my big and second toe of the other foot.... I almost orgasm when someone roars very low and loud in my ear.....
