Do not be sad!! You've dropped over 50 lbs!!! That's an amazing accomplishment that you should be so proud of!!! We can all see the difference...sometimes it's hard for us to see ourselves accurately... But you have shrunk Girl!!! Way to go!! Keep up the hard work!!! You'll get to your goal!

Hi there!! I am a Newbie as well!! I started tracking only a week ago. I have lost 5.4 lbs already...and loving it!!!! I am addicted to the program! I love entering new foods and exercises to see what benefits I can get! Good Luck! I'm sure you will love it as much as I do!!!

I agree with this.... As someone who has been overweight all of my life... I like to eat... so I dont think that drinking a shake is gonna satisfy me. I have changed my eating habits, eating clean...and exercising, and I feel better about myself for what I have accomplished so far, and will continue to accomplish!
