I try to work out 4-5 days a week. Sometimes 2x a day. In the morning nothing major. Maybe a mile on the elliptical or a quick 10 minute work out with the Tv. Once a week I do try to hit my zumba class.

Definitely try to prepare your own foods. Try to get fruit & veggies that are on sale. Especially the small servings of frozen vegetables. You can get at least two servings out of them.

Alone as well. I look at my work out as me time! A break from my husband & kids. I will do a dumbs class but that's it

I totally understand how you feel. This week I didn't work out the way I normally do. I did feel a certain kind of way but it's ok. Sometimes you need a break. I was thinking thangsgiving is coming & I need to really go in but hey. Start fresh. & don't beat yourself up

I am going to weigh in on Friday like I do every week. I will track my food & I will also get a 30 min work out in. It is what it is. I already have the mind frame I will gain b/c I plan on enjoying every drop & than some...lol

I'm 5 11 so I know how you feel. I hate when people say but your so tall.....really so that's sn excuse to be over weight. I don't think so. I'm looking to reach 195. Any smaller I'm not sure how I will look

When I got tired of being disgusted with myself. Just got tired of not liking what I saw when I looked in the mirror. Also got tired of people saying your tall so it's ok. What the hell does that mean? I'm doing this to be at peace with myself
