Honestly both reasons. I'm trying to eat better. I definitly dont eat all the crap like I used to. I do add more salads and vegetables to my meals. I exercise at least 5 days a week and I enjoy it very much. I am starting to like the woman I see when I look in the mirror

Hi I'm Yukeam. This is my second time doing this. I enjoyed it so much. I loved the challenges everyday. Some I completed & some I didn't but all in all this is great. I have 15 more lbs until I reach my goal. 50 crunches done

Thanks for understanding. Some days it's enough to get in a regular work out & go to work & then work at home. You all know how that is.
