You can try you tube. I tend to use it a lot. My favorites are Leslie Sansone for walking & Kendall Hogan for cardio. I use my kindle & get to sweating

Do what works for you bump everyone else. 1200 seems fine to me. You earn more calories by working out anyway. I don't get what the big deal is. I think 1200 is basic beginning calories start

My husband is A or B depending on how he wants to handle the situation and it is very frustrating. I am more calm and want to talk things out. If I get frustrated enough I just shut down and let him say what he wants and keep my thoughts to myself. I rather do that than go back & forth with him sometimes

I can relate. I crave sweet & salty during that time of the month also. Nothing like a bag of Lays..lol The key is portion control. Eat a portion of chips. If its chocolate buy the fun size. Usually you can eat 3 pieces. Enjoy & est them slow

Yaya I walk with her on you tube. Love it For everyone saying walking is just walking that is true. More so when you walk outside. When you do it at home it's different because you have such a small space & it's easy to get bored with it. Leslie Sansone shows you different things to do to to keep you going at home

No judging here. If you read my diary you will see I eat my junk food. I just do it in moderation. I think moderation is key. Eat as best you can, exercise & drink plenty of water. You will be fine. At the end of the day you know what you should or should not be eating
