Dont be afraid to be picky. Salmon, sauce on the side, with salad. The calamari maybe, with salad. The mussels sound ok - tomato based. Also the tomato/napoli pasta sounds ok. Im in! Mondays huh - that gets me outta bed for a morning trip to the gym!! I am also doing Choctober - no chocolate october :) I have a couple of horrendous weekends away planned (read - large group, alcohol, boy-food) but a monday weigh might be good motivation. ALRIGHT. Roll on monday :)

Try google and trial and error!! We like 1/2 worcestershire sauce, 1/2 a mix of tomato and bbq sauce, on top of thinly chopped bacon, and grilled. Thats the closest we got to my favourites from the recipes. We played with the ratio, I can't remember which worked. Tried a cream based one. Average. Good luck!

You know what? Im in - am getting terrible posture slouching around on trains all the time, and a little more core tone isnt gonna hurt anyone :P So I am sucking in... as of now haha. Will try for as long as I can, whenever I think about it!

i put frozen berries and light cottage cheese in a container in the fridge overnight - so good by morning!! Surprising because I never had much to do with cottage cheese and sweet things before. But its pretty low cal and I find it tastier than yoghurt and banana :)

I know how you feel - ifi have healthy desserts around, ill just eat a lot of them too. If I dont have them in the house... sometimes thats worse! if I go out im already committed to worst case scenario.
