How do your plan your meals? When you are planning your grocery shopping, give her a similar list. She can alter it to what she likes (say you want turkey but she prefers chicken). I have a hard time saying ANYTHING related to a dairy if it is closed. For that exact reason. I don't know if you are eating 200 calories a day, so I'm really careful to say good job. I did this today, too! I've done it before, it is the same idea as a hard boiled egg. I often go the fried egg direction if I forget to hard boil eggs and I already made my plate of salad. I also added a mixture of sprouts and quorn (vegetarian meat) chicken. It was GOOD!

I find it interesting that people say the elliptical is easier on your knees. I have a dislocating knee cap, the elliptical KILLS my knee. I can feel my knee cap getting stuck and then popping out. I've started to buy my pasta in bulk, so I do that. I haven't bought ramen in a long time. But since I still have some packets, they are not completely out of my diet. But, pound by pound, ramen is still cheaper than 1-2$ a pound. At least where I live. I can get a packet of ramen for 5 cents.
