  • Just put in each thing on it's own - You could probably find a burger from Red Robin that is similar. If you can't, just add things on their own. Half a burger patty, Half a bun...etc.
  • I guess I might have to just come to terms with being without the internet for a few months. I don't have TV or home phone already but it is so true getting the package is always cheaper. It would only be 10 dollars more to get TV for that internet price. Stupid. It doesn't cost them as much as they charge.

  • It appears At&t isn't available where I am. But that was Uverse, I will look at DSL. Anyone have any experience with Century Link? They seem to be the cheapest around here but I've never heard of them (just moved so the providers around here are knew to me)

  • Exactly what I am doing.
  • The other number that MFP shows is your daily calorie goal plus what was lost during exercise. Netting 1300 would be eating what that other number is, for example you gain back 200 calories from a walk, so the MFP number now says 1500. If you eat 1500, you are netting 1300. It is up to you if you want to eat back those…
  • if you lose weight fast, then just eat 1500 calories without movement. or 1200. I have lost 30 pounds just by restricting what I eat, I eat about 1500 a day.
  • I suggest peeling it if you are new to eggplant. I am not a fan of the skin, but it is completely edible. I typically slice it and bake it in the oven. I always preheat the oven WITH the pan in the oven and a little bit of olive oil, that way everything is nice and hot for the eggplant. Eggplant is like a sponge and will…
  • You mean the sugar and cream added? Because black iced coffee has 0 calories :) I would say cake. I love cake. Chocolate cake.
  • You can freeze tofu, but it changes the texture. It makes it chewier, some people prefer it that way. In the fridge, it really depends on the brand and how firm it is, but it should keep for a few days. Just change the water daily and keep it in an airtight container. And ways I cook it....I love slow roasting it in the…
  • I am just going to repeat what others have already said....keep working at losing weight. My brother and SIL got married in 2012, I ordered the dress months in advance. At that time, I was just barely a few inches bigger than the size I ordered (basically, it would fit but I might be a little uncomfortable if I gained 5…
  • I was hoping people would be smart enough to know what I meant by making sure the pan is hot. Don't put the egg in a cool pan, heat it up first. I make these all the time, you need the pan HOT. As soon as I crack the egg into the pan it is sizzling.
  • For best results, make sure the pan is HOT and the egg is fresh. Otherwise, it will just leak out everywhere.
  • I would flip it around to him, ask him what about if he had a daughter - would she be allowed to do "boy things". Would he give his daughter a truck to play with? Would he stop her from wanting to be a super hero?
  • It wasn't just towards you. I do believe in nature AND nurture, but I also firmly believe being gay or straight isn't something you "grow into". You either are or you aren't., some people have a harder time determining if they are if they aren't, but that doesn't mean it was because of how they were raised. Just like you…
  • Boys grow up to be dads, right? So what is wrong with them playing with dolls. Pink and blue are just colors, why is it okay for a girl to like blue but if a boy likes pink he's labeled feminine? And sometimes even confused? Let the kid play with what he or she likes to play with, as long as it isn't harmful to themselves…
  • Mine is open to friends, but not to the public. Why should I share what I eat with people who aren't my friend and see why I might have eaten what I did if it was a bad day? Or a good day even? It isn't anyones business, unless you are friends with me on here, then I share it. (And I am actually one that won't add someone…
  • I really have no idea what weight my ultimate weight will be. I never really weighed myself past 8th grade, and I packed on weight in high school, so I have no idea what weight I want to be. Or even "get back to". And I don't want to set up unrealistic goals of being the size I was in high school because, I have a…
  • Ratatouille! Yum!
  • I didn't cut anything out and I don't plan to. But what I did do was look for healthier alternatives....for example, go with the less sugar lower calorie drinks at Starbucks by switching my milk and asking for sugar free syrups. Or ordering a thin crust pizza if I need to save calories and want pizza, but I still eat…
  • Personally I did try it a few years ago - not for weight loss but because my friend swears by it keeping acne at bay. I couldn't get past the taste. I do know people who did it for weight loss and they said it gave them more energy (and clearer skin). I guess the more energy could help with weight loss. I know it does have…
  • Everyone is different. You would think with me being over 70 pounds overweight when I started, I would have had even a tiny butt. But nope, I still had a nega-butt. Just the way I am and how I hold my fat, around the belly. I don't THINK my chest will shrink but maybe a size at most. I am a DD now, so I don't really care…
  • And not to mention, eating MEAT is a lifestyle choice as well. And in that case, how dare meat eaters force that lifestyle choice on their children.
  • You should totally add Ash, she is a great supporter and fun too!
  • I would count it, but still also log it in your dairy as it contains calories. So double log it. But, it is still a liquid and still hydrating you.
  • What I do, is I log each thing I see on its own. Rice salad? What is in it, nuts cheese rice? How much of each do you see? Plus, they more than likely cooked it in some kind of oil or broth. BBQ chicken with cheese? Log chicken breast, bbq sauce, cheese. I also typically will always add a quick calorie of 100-250 depending…
  • Of course I do. But I don't track my water intake. I drink it, just don't track it.

  • Is being skinny worth it? No. Is being healthy worth it? Yes. I am not cutting out any foods I enjoy or eating foods I don't like. I am just adjusting the volume of foods I eat that are "bad" for me. I ate a cupcake today. It will fit into my daily/weekly goals and I am happy I ate it.
