Hi! Well when I started I had a hard time reaching my 1200 calorie intake for the day. Just make sure you reach whatever amount this site suggested every day. Cause if you don't, you will not have the energy to get through the day. Good luck!

haha. Yeah its harder than it looks getting enough calories a day in. I never thought for a moment that I would have a hard time with that. But apparently I do. LOL.
