  • I just got back on the wagon on Monday, after having gained a considerable amount of weight. (I moved back in with my mom in November). 1. Stick to my 3-2-1 meal plans. 2. Stay within my calorie budget per day (which as long as I stick to #1, should be easy!) 3. Keep up a good stock of pre-packaged, pre-portioned fruit and…
  • This is such a great idea! I'm not so worried about ME winning, but I really want to do this for every one of my goals I hit! I'm really excited. Your story is phenomenal!
  • All of my feels...I couldn't have said it better myself. (Except I'm not even halfway yet...I still have noticed all the positive changed in my mental and emotional health though and it's a GREAT motivation tool!)
  • Yeah. I have some great friends to help me along the way. As well as some very good "rewards" for reaching my goals. And not only that, but the working out bit and eating better has helped A LOT with my long-term depression that I've been fighting since I was 13 (or younger, it's hard to say). If that's not enough…
  • Thanks :) I'm trying. And I feel a lot better. But I think there's just something mentally wrong with me. Like I just can't see myself for what I really look like....like my mind just puts in place the fatty I used to be. I mean, 15 pounds in two weeks is a lot so I know I've been losing weight. Plus none of my shirts fit…
  • I'm currently 20 years old, and I'm trying to reach my *ultimate* goal weight of 140. Which, apparently for my height at 5'4 is the upper end of a healthy BMI. I have not been even CLOSE to 140 lbs in AT LEAST 10 years. I've always been really big. I started at 218 lbs mid August and am now down to about 203-205. My first…
  • Yep! Thanks :) I tried OxyELITE Pro to help with my energy but it interacted badly with my anxiety/possible bipolar so I stopped taking it. My appetite is just...ridiculous but with enough motivation, I am still able to work out 2 + hours a day. It's just going to take a lot of getting used to. I'm now down to 205 and I…

  • I'm assuming not many people realize how many calories you burn just by swimming. And I mean, doing laps in a pool, not just sitting there BSing with friends with a margarita in hand. Depending on how fast/vigorous your swim, you can burn close to 500 calories in 45 minutes or so.
  • Fantastic! I'm getting there as well. I haven't fit into a medium since middle school (close to 8 or so years ago). Keep on going!
  • I've typically been eating a breakfast of either Special K cereal and low fat milk or light yogurt, then for lunch I'll typically have some grilled chicken breast and brown rice and for dinner, just a pouch of tuna in water with some lemon pepper. And, throughout the day, I'll snack on an apple or some grapes or carrot…

  • I'm on here literally every second of every day. I keep the page open on my browser to help motivate me throughout the day, especially while I'm at work/working and feel the urge to snack. Having the app for your phone helps A TON as well. So, feel free to send me an add.
  • You notice more in your clothes and how they fit more than anything else. Even me, who every time I go see my aunt, she always tells me how good I look, but I don't see it and if anything feel even bigger than before. But keep in mind as well how you wash your clothes. I always toss everything in one load on warm/hot so…
  • I joined this site on Tuesday so we'll start there! Tuesday: 1711 calories doing 165 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" Wednesday: 1250 calories doing 82 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Stationary bike, vigorous effort (bicycling, cycling, biking)" Thursday:…
