I just did the calculator and should be eating about 2300 to lose weight steadily! Maybe that is why I am at a plateau because I stay around 1400, Oh my gosh, that is so scary to think about eating that much, I will try though.

March 13th CW-193 GW-183 HT-5'5" I workout either cardio or weight lifting everyday. I try to eat my calories back that I burn, so netting about 1450 cal a day. March 20th CW-192 (Kind of bummed but I think the next week I will see better results, trying to up my calories a little more. 9lbs to go!

I DID IT!!!! EVEN AFTER LIFTING WEIGHTS, IT WAS SO HARD BUT I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THAT I ACCOMPLISHED THAT, 148, 149, AND 150 MY BUTT KEPT HITTING THE FLOOR, and I had to hurry because patients start at 1:30 and I was doing them in the lobby hahahha. I probably couldn't do one more though.

Thank you all for your comments, they really help! I saw some at Sports Authority but never bought them, because I didn't think there ever was such a thing to keep them in place without moving, I would love to have one though. THey drive me crazy!

I always load up on the protein for breakfast its a special k protein bar or a muscle milk. Then I eat a protein snack bar for my two snacks. I actually made a healthy ground round burger well about 5 of them, and ate four of them throughout one day and the next day I was 2lbs lighter, IMAGINE THAT!

When you pack your lunch and snacks the night before an log them before the day even begins! When you have a luncheon at work and you tell the drug rep, "NO WAY AM I EATING THAT MFP WOULDN'T LIKE IT", plus my food diary is public and I don't anyone seeing me eat garbage!
