Thru 9/4 5/60. All 5 today, definitely need to do a bit of catch up.

I'm in. Started P90X this week. Made it thru 5 weeks the last time want to make it thru the whole thing this time.

I am also about to finish week one and have gained about the same amount of weight. It is frustrating but it is just the beginning. The added muscle will help burn the fat faster as you progress.

I am currently in the middle of week 3 of P90X. It is definitely intense. The first week I was so sore it wasn't even funny but you are working out a different set of muscles each day so you slowly work out the soreness. There is a fitness test that is recommended so that you can see if you meet certain benchmarks to make…
