This isn't working....... I have decided to reduce my fasting days to Tuesday and Thursday and do very light exercise on those days and stick to my MFP target calories for the other five days.....eating back any significant calories burned. I hope to return to losing one pound a week. Pete

I have read through this thread and I am not sure I have found the answer to the one thing that confusesd me with this diet........ I have used the formula given on the Upday Down Day website and I got 982 Calories on a down day and 2807 Calories on an up day based upon moderate exercise 3 - 5 days a week at 35% weight…
