well, it's so many people here saying that i should eat more calories. so i guess it worth a try! :)

I never eat more than 1200 calories per day and i am training 3 times a week. at first i was hungry all the time! but now, i can't eat more than one - three carrots for lunch

thank's for the answers. I think I eat enough and I'm not hungry as often, so it may get hard to eat even more.
