  • Unfortunately I think once our bodies change we can definetely lose the weight and tone up, but some things just are never the same! I know for me I had lost a bit of weight a few years ago before having my son, but nothing looked like it did the last time I weighed the same amount.

  • Absolutely correct. The eat more to weigh less applies to those who are not eating enough for the weight that they are currently at. Your body doesn't respond well to starvation mode! One good thing about this website is it tells you how many calories you should be eating at your weight and to accomplish your goal!
