Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and ripped in 30 dvds! Absolutely love them. She does 3 minutes strength 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs. I have had fabulous results with 30 day shred the two times I have completed the program and am halfway through ripped in 30. Deff give it a shot...I love circuit training too!

I would highly recommend a slow cooker/crockpot. I got mine for $20 at wal-mart and use it all the time! Made oatmeal in it last night and also have an amazing creamy chicken rice and corn recipe that is stupid easy that I use every other week...makes about 10 1 cup servings and the ingredients are inexpensive. As I have…

Mine is open as well! Feel free to add me:)

So sorry for your loss...It is not easy at all to go through. I had a miscarriage last month about a week before Christmas, it was our first baby. I pray that it gets easier as time goes on. Everything happens for a reason.

I am trying to spend around $100 a month on food for myself. I shop generally at Save a Lot and Aldi's but buy certain things at Wal-Mart and Wegmans ($1.99/lb for boneless skinless chicken breasts). I generally make something in the crockpot on the weekend and that will either be my lunch or dinner every day for the week.…

I did my first round of 30DS when I was 238. I lost 15 inches all over and about 8 pounds. It is amazing to see how your endurance changes when doing the program. I am now doing my second round of the 30 day shred and I am on my last day of level 2. I can tell a huge difference between the first round and the second round…

Yes I have MFP estimates for the 20 minutes of circuit training I burn 275 calories. On my HRM I burn between 220 to 250ish depending on how much I push myself. This includes the warm up and stretching at the end and some additional stretching that is not in the program.

I love the 30DS! I have completed it once and lost around 15 inches all over and about 8 pounds. I am doing it again now and am halfway through level 2. I log it as circuit training for 20 minutes but recently purchased a heart rate monitor so I know exactly how much I am burning every time I work out.

My go to snacks at work are string cheese, fruit (I have been keeping blackberries at my desk to snack on) and honey kixs. They are 120 calories for a 1 1/4 cups.

Did day 4 of level 3 today. So far I can say my favorite level is level 2. Almost done!

I am on day 18 and I have really enjoyed the 30 day shred. Each day it gets a little easier and for me the workouts seem to go by very fast. I am probably going to be doing ripped in 30 afterwards just because I am loving jillian! Ive lost inches and about 6 pounds since starting the shred

I have been waking up at 5am every morning to do it because I like just getting it out of the way before work. I am trying to exercise in the evening as well just a walk or something to get the blood flowing.

I use vanilla precision engineered protein powder from vitamin world. I have a single serve blender I got from Wal-Mart for $16! So easy to use. I use light vanilla soy milk and a third of a frozen banana. Then I add whatever other fruits/veggies/a dab of peanut butter to it. I have found that using soy milk makes it…

I just joined a few days ago after losing 30 pounds on weight watchers (did not go to any meetings) and really have been in a slump the past month and needed some inspiration. You all are amazing! The pics really show much hard work pays off. I started this lifestyle change at 271 and am hoping to get down to around 170…
