jsl- is natto, the name of the fermented soy? I'm nursing and my daughter is soy sensitive so I can't eat it...it would be good to know if that's another name for hidden soy. I know some people that just set their calories at 500 extra. But when you log your food you can enter "breast feeding" and it takes 500 off of your consumed calories...I think you can also log it as a workout

I just got my ankles back today (6 days postpartum). I had little to no swelling throughout pregnancy but when I got back from the hopital I was so swollen it wasn't even funny!

Target to Kohls. I wouldn't say they are "cheap" but still cheaper. I think I got two sleep bras for 20 bucks they aren't super supportive that's why I wore them with a tank. The combination of the two really helped
