  • I used to... but then I was gaining from overeating and the normal water weight around that time... so i stopped. Instead of upping calories, I just eat more of the lo-cal stuff. and make sure that I save enough for the end of the day so I can have a light dessert (like skinny cow icecream or candy bars..) hope it helps!!

  • I don't know about the "myth" but I don't eat past 8... not only does my stomach hurt if I eat that late and then go to bed shortly after, but it leaves me no time to burn off the calories I just ate (not necessarily by working them off in the gym, but day-to-day activities).   • i LOVE these kind of quotes! whenever i am feeling a little less motivated than usual... or there is a donut literally calling my name from the lunch room at work, i google "weight loss quotes" or "motivational quotes" and it keeps me going! (and away from the junk food!!)

I use the "I can't believe its not butter" butter spray with olive oil (5 sprays= 0 calories) and sometimes I add onions, low sodium tomato sauce and tomatoes and serve over whole grain pasta for a quick and easy dinner.   • I've tried that. People ALWAYS find excuses. I know I tried... I think you have to realize that you want a change yourself before anything can happen- and you have to want it bad enough.
  • Are you adding in your age and weight into both of them? The usually makes a difference and is a little more accurate. Also, the calorie counters in those machines are not always right. I would look into buying something to count calories (like BodyBugg that they use on biggest loser). That will probably be your best bet
