I met my boyfriend at a wedding :) he lived in Georgia (i am in IL) and flew up to be the best man in the wedding... I was the maid of honor :) we only hung out for a couple of days during the wedding then he decided to move up to IL to find better work. the rest is history :)

used to be just my eyes... then my smile (once my face thinned out, lol) and now it depends on who is complimenting! never get tired of the attention tho, its a nice change from feeling invisible before :)

I LOVE Healthy Choice frozen dinners when I am strapped for time. Compared to many of the other brands I've had, they taste the best and have the lowest sodium content (around 400-600). I definetly reccomend the Healthy Choice BBQ chicken pizza- I can't remember the calorie count (I think its 300-something... maybe less?)…

i don't think anyone is saying its offensive. im pretty sure i said that if you are trying to get healthier than good for you.... i posted this for people to not be so hard on themselves, not to take offense.

i tried them... but they never filled me up... personally for me, eating healthy foods instead of subbing for a shake works for me but every one is different! Maybe check out slim fast website... maybe they have reviews from other people that tried them?? good luck!!

If I'm not hungry, I don't force myself into eating anymore. As long as I am close to 1200 I figure I'm okay. Doing it this way has worked for me!! Good luck!

nice thread! i am ALWAYS looking for low sodium finds.... one that i was suprised was canned tuna. i buy the aldi brand and there is only 50 cals and 180 mg sodium per serving... its great!!

I was on serequel for quite some time and gained about 20lbs. It was definetly helping with racing thoughts at night but the weight gain, the fatigue and other side effects werent worth it so I went off of it. My doctor never prescribed me to a different type so I am not sure if other brands would effect weight…

I am also on lamictal and I havent noticed any change in my weight due to the pills. I have been on them for about 3 years... hm. i would suggest working out and wrapping your body in.... wait for it... WORK OUT CLOTHES! lol- dont fall for any crazy "weight loss secrets" like this. you are already on a great site for weight loss- just eat better and work out! good luck to you! :)

chopped salad with carrots, spinach, tomatoes and yellow peppers with light ranch dressing. Plus a cheese stick on the side if I don't have it for a snack before lunch and about a cup of blueberries and grapes. + water water water!! :) .... now I am hungry! i dont think that cheese stick is going to make it till noon, lol.

ever been to aldi??? they have a wonderful line of fit and active products that are low calorie and their produce isn't bad either. Plus, their prices can't be beat!!

hard boiled eggs.... cheese stick.... grapes.... any fruit, really.... yogurt.... (I add special k to my yogurt to make it more filling) lol those are some of the normal things I bring with me! (or eat on the drive, lol) hope it helps!!

I always thought that it depended on what part you were talking about... and if it was generically "how many inches?" i thought that meant stomach... I guess i have the same "dumb" question!! lol
