Ok get ready for a secret workout mission called "Mission Possible" The point of the challenge is to workout in secret somewhere that you are not suppose to work out. Example school, work, grocery store, etc. It doesn't matter if it's 1 min to 10 minutes. Sneak and do push ups, squats, curls, jumping jacks, or whatever you can think of. You can do it multiple times a day if you want. The sky is the limit! When you have completed you mission, post a status update that says (example) "Mission Complete: 20 push ups, 100 jumping Jacks @ desk." Let's have fun! Sorry I forgot to mention...put in the location of where you did the workout. Thanks guys for reminding me. Also let's do it for about 30 days. Complete at least one mission a day!

Hilarious. I thought I was the only one who sneaked in exercise in the work bathroom. No big stalls, but luckily it has an inner and and really loud outer door so I can hear someone coming. Today I did 50 wall push ups. yesterday 100 jumping jacks.0

So I climbed the fence at the elementary school next to where my son works out and walked/jog for 10 minutes in the hallways. I was amazed that I could climb the fence. Got something exciting planned for tomorrow.0

Today I did 15 wall push-ups in the bathroom
I guess technically they would be door push-ups since I used the stall door rather than the wall...LOL0 -
