    I'm thinking about lying under my desk to get my situps in today!

    Just do it...LOL

    I told someone yesterday that I wonder how many crazy looks I would get if I started doing walking lunges down the hall...LOL


    My office thinks I'm a little nuts, they'd just ask about lunch on Monday as I lunged away...

    I'm going to do 100 jumping jacks at my desk (reception desk), and maybe do some squats in the supply closet...

    Today, I did the following in the kids play structure area (fortunately, no one was around except my daughter) ;-)
    Chair Squat (12X2)
    Front (15X2) on each leg
    Reverse Lunge (15X4) on each leg
    Dips (12X2)
    Mountain Climbers (30X2)

    Great job everyone! Just completed 50 Mountain Climbers and 20 Push ups in the Conference Room at Work.
    Yesterday completed 100 squats with knee raises
