I'm thinking about lying under my desk to get my situps in today!
Just do it...LOL
I told someone yesterday that I wonder how many crazy looks I would get if I started doing walking lunges down the hall...LOL
My office thinks I'm a little nuts, they'd just ask about lunch on Monday as I lunged away...
I'm going to do 100 jumping jacks at my desk (reception desk), and maybe do some squats in the supply closet...0 -
Today, I did the following in the kids play structure area (fortunately, no one was around except my daughter) ;-)
Chair Squat (12X2)
Front (15X2) on each leg
Reverse Lunge (15X4) on each leg
Dips (12X2)
Mountain Climbers (30X2)0 -
Great job everyone! Just completed 50 Mountain Climbers and 20 Push ups in the Conference Room at Work.
Yesterday completed 100 squats with knee raises0
