I definetly have this addiction as well. Usually im not dissapointed and if/when i do gain it doesnt bother me as much because I can usually pin point why :) other than that I just like to see the numbers every morning.

exactly how I feel. I am not "dieting" I am changing the way I eat-- forever. :) once you get used to your changes you dont even feel any different any more... except healthier.

probably the cutest thing i have ever read on MFP! lol- my weakness right now is definetly mcdonalds sweet tea (im not super hungry right now, other wise it would probably be something fried, lol) i just cant justify drinking that much sugar or that many calories! AH!

maybe a protein bar? or protein water? another thing you have to watch out for is B-12. Its a vitamin typically found in meat products. I was a vegetarian for about 5 months last year (didnt last long- i missed chicken,lol) and my doc reccomended I take them. I found a brand at the vitamin store (can't think of it now..)…

i am over my fiber every single day. i figure if i am going to go over something its better to be fiber than sugar or sodium ;).

its not "bad" you just need to make sure you are eating enough calories to combat what your burning... and if you just started working out twice a day prob isnt a great idea because going from nothing to a lot can be damaging to muscles/ joints. the first time i started to work out about a year ago i did the same thing and…

i do mine the same as i do my asparagus... light extra v olive oil, ms. dash seasonings and a little garlic then put them in on top of foil (without covering) and cook till crispy perfection :)

it recalculates based on your weight and how much you need to eat to lose x amount of lbs. i never recalc. not until i want to maintain :) ps- doesnt mean im right, its just the way i do it!

It always seems daunting in the beginning. Take it one step and a time and pretty soon you will look back and say "i love HOW much?!" With goals and inspirations like yours, I am sure you will do wonderful- and this is definetly the site to acheive your goals on!

I LOVE my elliptical! It is so much easier on my knees than running and I always feel like I got a great workout in after I am done. :)

mm when im craving bbq chicken pizza and dont want to cook (which is always), i take a whole grain tortilla, put bbq sauce on it, add some pre-grilled salad chicken (that comes in a bag by the lunch meat) and 1/8 cup of reduced fat mozz and stick it in the micro. totally satisfies my craving :)
