I burn twice the amount of calories on the elliptical and I think it's not as boring as the treadmill! I vote elliptical.:happy:

I usually drink a slim fast shake for breakfast. I get the actual shake, not the powder, so I can just grab it and head to work or school with no problem!

I know it stinks to be the one to order a salad while everyone else is grubbing it up! Watch out for drinks. Water and unsweetened tea are your safest bets because there are no hidden calories.
