I noticed this too ive decided I may not be losing inches but my body must be changing shape bc certain clothes fit differently :) keep it up and one day the scale will just drop out of no where. that's how it was for me anyways.

Im 28 5'8 and started at 252...MFP set mine for 1400 calories. Two of my friends that are trainers said that was way to low and that's why I started getting headaches. They recommended 1800 cals so i adjusted it to 1600 and now Im fine :)

Eggs! I eat eggs and sauté some veggies to mix in. I never get full on other stuff and this seems to fill me up. This morning I added some pork loin left over from dinner last night and it was delicious. I love me some toast so I just purposely forget I have bread in the house lol

Wow that is great!! Thank you for posting. I was wondering how tall you are? I started at 252 and have only lost 6lbs. I don't get to the gym but have made a pretty big change in my food and walk everyday.

I'm not trying to be mean but your account looks kind of fishy I mean you say your 5'3 and 125lbs but your profile says you want to lose 30lbs... that seems like you have a problem. Im no professional at all but 95lbs is small for any height I think

I should have added he is almost 7 months. I guess I hate missing these fun times right now. Thank you all for the posts. I do want to do this so I can be fit long term for him. Thanks for the replies and Im not sure about the weight setting on the treadmill I will deff check that tomorrow. And I will use the formula as well. I kept thinking I don't think I burned THAT much lol
