It may be that my entry for last week was overlooked on the scoreboard even though it was entered there before the cutoff email was posted. I would like my weekly cardio increased to 500 please. That leaves some wiggle room if we have the option of increasing again. My strength could be increased to 100 please.

I started with strong lifts and maxed my lifting out and I am just finishing NRLFW. NRLFW is great, switches things up and the book has lots of good information and I know I have gotten stronger doing it. I will now go back to strong lifts and see if I can push myself past where I stopped before.

Next time go for a medium skinny london fog - only 230 calories!

Laughed until I cried reading all of these! I was doing crunches on the exercise ball holding a 50lb sandbag on my chest. I lost my balance rolled off the ball hard to the right and the ball shot across the gym, sandbag landed on my face. Thankfully it was early and the gym was quiet, not sure if people noticed.

I got a One for Mother's Day, lost that one and FitBit replaced it for free. Have not missed a day of tracking since the week I waited for the new one. I weight lift and I don't find the calories burn accurate because most weight lifting does not involve steps. Other than that love it, makes me want to get those 10,000…
