So your saying if mfp tells you to eat 1330 calories daily that's all you should eat regardless of exercise?

I have never used a recipe. I use what I have on hand. Some chicken stock, diced tomato, minced garlic and dried garlic, s+p, oregano, parmesean cheese. Take the time to rinse it first. I love the taste but some people say if it isn't rinsed it will be bitter.

I am 5'10 146lbs. I am mostly composed of fat, little muscle mass. I do drink 80+ ounces of water a day but don't log it because its natural for me to drink this much. Thanx for the advice on sodium too. I noticed mine is very high. I didn't know it can slow weight loss.

I do eat later but my days are shifted. I wake up at 9am and work 4p-12a. I don't go to bed till 1am. So my dinner at 8pm is realistic. Otherwise I am starving at 11pm and that is dangerous. Especially if the ER goes crazy and I'm running like a fool. And wine is essential. I won't give up a glass or two of wine unless…

My diary is a bit deceiving. I try to complete my entires quickly so if my whole grain bread is stored under lunch I enter it as lunch even if it is a dinner. I'm new so that's the way I have been making it easier to log food.

I know it takes a long time to lose the weight properly. My fear was that I was wasting weeks by doing something wrong that I could have adjusted if I had only knew. I am in two weeks and I don't fully trust mfp yet.

Thanx, I will keep a closer eye on carbs and proteins instead of only checking total calories.

Punch through my metrics? What does that mean? Mfp was a reality check on my carb intake. Crazy high I know. I do try to make it whole grains, though

I choose 1tbsp of bailey's fat free french vanilla creamer. It has 25 calories per serving. I never measured my creamer before mfp. The coffee isn't as flavorful but I am slowly getting used to it. Coffee is well worth the calories!
