SW: 162 CW: 161.6 I had a weakness this week of stress eating. I definitely am going to focus on that this week. I am happy I didn't gain though!

I refuse to do it again now because there is my 30lbs I want to lose haha I WILL get past my slump! We can do it :D

SW: 175 CW: 162 GW: 130 (I've lost the same 10 lbs 2 times, and am now working on it a 3rd time but hope to really push myself and finally get to my goal)

That's my goal too. It's been a slow road but I would definitely love some support and encouragement.
