this might not be the correct answer, but i usually take an average of the numbers that i get. I don't think the range between the numbers is too big to throw off your weigh loss; it would be different if you were getting a 500 calorie range between calculations.

i do not personally own one but i know a few people who have had a lot of success using the BodyBugg. It gives a pretty accurate readout of the calories you eat and burn. I would definitely suggest it.

lol...me too....i had trouble with my 1200 cal limit. I act like a ravenous pregnant woman at night!
