Me! I'll be 40 in July. Started with about 40 to lose, down to 30ish now. It's time to make myself a priority.

just finished day 3 for this week. I'm doing better with those stupid side planks and feel great!

out of 21 meals (plus 3 night shift meals so 24 really) I make/prepare all but 2 or 3. We generally eat at DH's grandma's one night, out once or twice over the weekend. Once is generally fast food so that's all in the database. The ones I have a hard time with are buffets or family style restaurants.

lol. No tent camping here-we each have a camper with stove/oven/fridge. Plus we grill too. despite not loosing any weight I have lost almost 7 inches (3.5 from hips, 2.5 from waist, some from arms and thighs)! I have increased my running speed on the treadmill from 6 to 7.5 I have started running outside and can now run 5 miles (on hills!) with only 2 min of walking I exercised all but 3 days in April!

just finished day 1-so far I love it. The side plank things are crazy hard for me but the rest was OK. I could def feel it though! I think I'm going to need more cardio though-I'm planing on this 3 days a week and running 3 days a week (3-5 miles plus some weights on the days I run at the gym).

I'm starting tonight :) I just finished 30DS and am excited. Took beginning measurements and pics this am-I would really recommend this-I haven't lost any weight with 30DS but lost 6+ inches all together and my body has really changed. I'm hoping for weight loss this time but whatever-as long as I keep shrinking!

well the month is over. I missed a couple days this week with back problems from doing the sit ups (oops!) but otherwise did shred 5-6 days a week this month. I did this before my first DS. SO worth it. I had a great pregnancy and was at my pre-wt loss wt at delivery (lost 35-40 lbs). I make sandwiches and freeze them. Arnolds multigrain bread, and 100 cal of meat/meat and cheese (I use nitrate free from costco). I make 32 at a time and freeze them in baggies. I'm 3 days into level 3 and I'm sore! I guess mulching the flowerbeds in between days 1 and 2 didn't help! I carried a lot of mulch (a large trailer full) and dumped and spread it all (DH shoveled it into the buckets for me). My shoulders are killing me!

I couldn't the last time I did shred but I can now. I've been doing extra crunches at work-up to 50 of the double in sets of 10-15 and I think that's helping. I was so amazed I could do some this time! I did 5 or so with Natalie and then the others with Anita! I just started level 3 tonight :)

I'm starting level 3 tonight and while I haven't lost any weight (gained a lb actually!) I've lost 2.5 inches from my waist and 2.5 from my hips and almost an inch from each thigh. And I feel like I can do ANYTHING. I guess I'll see how I feel here in 30 min, lol!

finished level 2 yesterday and plan to start level 3 tonight. So far I've lost 2.5 inches off my waist and hips and almost an inch off my thighs---and gained a lb. lol. We'll see if level 3 shreds me!

I ran 5 miles today in 47 min! I only walked 2.5 minutes of that, the rest was running. When I started running this route a few weeks ago I could only run 3/4 of a mile of it in a row, this time I did 2.5 miles before I walked a minute!

did level 2 again today. Had to kick the kids out to do it. They take up too much room and I can't do the forward/back lunge things. And I'm cussing Jillian through the squats/v raises. BUT I have exercised every day so far this month! No real change in the scale, am on my period right now so hope to see a change soon!
