Thank you. Yes, my baby doesn't like to go to bed but once in bed she regularly gives me 8-11 hrs of sleep, only getting up once. Sure can't complain!

I used an online calculator to find out how many calories i needed as a bf mom. My girl is 8 weeks. :) feel free to add me as a friend. They say you should not limit calories for the first 2 months while your milk supply is getting established.

Everyone is probably going to give you a different answer... I try to eat back about half (some days a bit more) of my exercise calories.
