Thanks AnnofB. You are so right. It hasn't been an easy journey. But I always say "It doesn't take guts to quit" I have to remind myself of that every day. One day at a time.

Yes 5% carbs for me was 18 carbs. But that wasn't allowing anything for fiber. Remember to watch net carbs not total carbs. Fitness pal doesn't keep up with net. So I set mine to watch carbs and fiber. Then subtract fiber from the carbs to get the net carbs. Remember Carbs -fiber - sugar alcohol = Net Carbs

I was trying to watch sugar also because I found I retain fluids as bad from dugars overeating as I did from sodium. But that's just me. Right now I am trying something totally different to get me over my plateau so I really ain't watching any of it

No not over, but I was careful to prelog everything and then fix my plate by what I logged. I wouldnt let myself have anything that I hadnt logged, But just the sodium will be enough to do me in for a couple days.
