If you have been eating a calorie restricted diet 5 yrs, you certainly ought to know what works for you and what dont. I have never quit. 90 pounds later I ought to know. And I am not a distributor just trying it out because nothing else is working for me

You used to be able to do that under goals but it appears that now you have to be a premium user to have this benefit. I just recently started truvision also. Good luck on your journey :smile:

It was all I could do last month to make sixty miles. I really didn't have much time for any strength training just all walking. I have a new kettlebell workout dvd so i don't want to neglect my muscles. I will aim for 30 miles this month. That will give me time to alternate between walking and kettlebell dvd
