You can do strength on the upper body one day and then lower body the next. That might help.

Day 4 --- Goal Met ---Walking --120 minutes ---491 calories (slow pace because of my hurt leg) I did go to the Chiropractor today My hips were out of place and my abductor muscles were hurt in the fall I took on my bicycle. Hopefully in a few days things will be straightened out.

Day 3 --- Goal Met ---Elliptical --34 minutes ---321 calories I managed to complete the challenge with my hurt leg. Maybe tomorrow will be easier.

Please pray for me that I can do this challenge. I wrecked my bicycle today and hurt my leg pretty bad. I hope I can move in the morning period. I sure hope I can do some kind of exercise to complete my workouts.

I would say that volleyball counts as Aerobic Exercise because it is listed under cardiovascular exercise and that will get your heart rate up to an aerobic level. GO FOR IT!!!!

I usually get hungry about 2 or 3 p.m. I bought some red hot atomic fireball candies and when that urge to eat happens. I pop one of those in my mouth. The cinnamon from the candy calms my stomach and makes me think I had something. Come of think about it, I ran out of them and need to add them to my grocery list.
