I have been alternating shredding and running. I have done 3 days of the shred and 3 days of running (a minimum of 2 miles) Planning on Doing 30 days, just not in a row :-) I needed something easy I could cross-train with! I hope I get results!

Thank you everybody!!! How I did it was trying to run for time. I started out being able to run like 5 minutes without stopping and worked my way up to 45! It took a while, but was sooo worth it!! Thanks everyone for letting me brag and being so incredibly supportive!! You are all awesome! (Too many explanation points?)

Kombucha tea is really good for helping detox. Also (it's kinda gross but works really well) apple cider vinegar (about 2 - 3 tablespoons) in a tall glass of water works. I had really good luck with both, especially if I do both in a day every day!! Good luck to you!!

Trying steaming the Cauliflower then adding some chicken stock and garlic & herb laughing cow cheese, 1 - 2 wedges should do it. Then mash it all up and add a few green onions if you like. Super yummy!!
