Insanity kicks my *kitten* everyday :) Just do the workout for 60 days, see how it goes.. if you can do more than that, then do it. I always try and jam an extra run/yoga on a "good day"..

Same here..I was around 190 lbs and now I am at 128(and still want to go 8 pounds down) I got lucky and my upper body is ok but my thighs - total mess. I have muscles like an athlete does because I workout religiously 5-6 times a week but it doesn't go anywhere.

I started at about 100kg..and thought If I weigh around 65-70, Id feel perfect. I weigh around 58 now, and its still not enough. Uggghh...when is this perfect weight gonna come? :)
