  • Isn't it amazing that it is those that didn't eat the challenge food that didn't lose much weight at the end? But, it's not something l will want to try because it is hard enough for me to lose weight now that l watch everything l eat.

  • Hi ladies, unfortunately, l can't finish the Level 4 as planned. I hope you all finished it though? I started the Body Revolution today which l have been postponing for a very long time. If you have finished with the Ripped, then you can join the Body Revolution Group if you need more.
  • I have now completed the Level 2 and just like Jillian said, my body is now visibly smaller according to comments l've been getting from family and friends :D :D :D . I am very happy with the outcome even though it's not showing much on the scale.

  • Hi, congratulations to you girls on finishing the programme. Unfortunately, I only did three days of week 4 before I left for my holiday. I would have loved to finish it here but I stupidly forgot my dvds at home. Well, I plan to finish the remaining two days when I get back home.
  • Sorry for my silence, I'm here in the UK on holiday and I stupidly forgot my dvds at home. But I'm in the last week of level 2 as of the day I left. I plan to complete the week when I get back to Lagos next week.

  • Day 7 of week 1 of Level 2 done today which means, l have now finished week 1. I am going to start week 2 immediately tomorrow. I am trying to do as much as l can before l go on my holiday on Sunday because, l am not so sure if l will have time to do it regularly.

  • I started week 3 yesterday and on boy, honestly, it didn't feel better second time around. I was breathless during the strength training of both first and second circuits. The positive side of it for me is the fact that l can now try my best to do it better than the last time. But I HATE IT and l can't wait to get it over…
