What a show. Although l wanted Rob to be the biggest loser but l was happy for Toma. He did look amazing. It just go to show how fats can hide one's good look. He now look like a star. I was also happy for Jordan even though l wanted Scot to win. Overall, it's been an eye opener for me in terms of loosing weight. Just like…

-
My plan was to spend most of Sunday in bedas a reward for working out throuout the week, and sleep for as long as l could and thank God l achieved it. I feel much better now and well refreshed.

It's very hard to find out that Scott didn't make it to the ranch and also to see Lori go. But l was happy for Robert for losing 15lbs. I really want him to stay to the end because he is a young kid and need to lose a lot more. As for exercise, l did Jillian Michaels' Banish fat, boost metabolism throughout the week and…

Hi, please count me in too. Thanks

Finally, l love the last part that showed JJ playing ball with his baby brother. He's a very cute little boy and reminds me of my liitle boy with his big sister who is 11 years older than him. Just like JJ's brother, my son seriously adore his big sister,

I loved the show and was happy that Scott is still in the comeback canyon. As for Jordan losing, it was a huge relief because l thought Rob would be the one to go and that would have been sad. I really want him to lose lots of weights before leaving the show because he is a young guy.
-
Unforfortunately for me, because l watch the show online, there is no commercial break while watching it. But, l decided to tidy up my room and sort out my wardrobe while watching it and it was amazing doing it.

This is a very good challenge as l just love hugging people which some times has gotten me into troubles. I believe that hugging someone makes that person feels special and loved. My family members calls me cat because l sooo much love to be hugged. I visited an orphanaged home on Saturday and l practically hugged all the…

I did my jumping jacks and l was happy that Scott is still in Comeback Canyon even though l was sad that he was voted out at the last episode despite putting in a lot of effort to get the group achieve 10lbs less than what they should have all lost.
-
Wonderful show, but l was happy that Woody is still on the show because l am not sure that he would have coped on his own. As for JJ, l can bet that he will carry on with the routine even if he leaves the comeback Canyon.
-
Wow, what a relief to know that it was someone else even though it is sad to lose anyone.
-
I used to be a bit disappointed if after l worked out really hard consistently and then realised that it didn't reflect on the scale but the last episode 11 had made me realise that there are times that the weight will just refuse to shed no matter how hard you worked at it. Also that, it's wrong to set a time limit for…

Hi all, please l am still very much in the challenge. Sorry that l have not been participating as much as l should but i have watched all the shows apart from the one for Thursday which l just downloaded and planned to watch later tonight. It's been a very busy period for me work wise and l am expecting my daughter home…

Thanks and well done to Calorie Killers

Wow, this is good result but l would have loved for my team to win as well. Thanks a lot.

It was sad to see Damien off the show, but l somehow believe that he is going to lose a lot by the end of the show. Blake looked very healthy and beautiful. Rob was so nice to let Lori have the video chat with her family. I did the busy bee by ironing while watching the show.
-
CONGRATULATIONS to us all for still staying in the game. Well done guys

Is it me or what, Dolvett looks soo goood in the suit :D :D :D. Well never mind me :D :D :D

Hi, l finally managed to watch last episode and l did 10 burpees while watching it. My take on the episode 7 is that obviously it's not how hard you workout for you to lose weight. I just can't believe that one will lose only 2lbs after all that regimen of workouts and strict diet. I truly feel sorry for the blue team but…

Well, so far so good, l have not gone near bread this week and l have been very active with my workouts. People in this group, like 3athlt, have really challenged me to go out for my walk and l am having fun doing it. Thanks all. I didn't lose weight this week but l lost inches around my body and that's good enough for me.
-
I am going to drop eating bread for the whole week
-
Very correct

Since l didn't watch the show live, l did my ironing for the week while watching it later.
