If you buy cheap cuts of meat and then make a stew in the morning or leave the meat to marinate all day is a great way to get protein and veggies and it's relatively cheap! You can also make heaps and it goes really well as a cold lunch and leftovers

Yes, the ACL is in my knee so there's not really any excuse for me not to do other parts, I could do some simply upper body stuff at home in the morning and set myself up for the rest of the day :)

I did the 30 day shred for about 12 days (I had to stop because of injury) and I noticed small changes fairly early on, but you have to take it seriously, it doesn't work if you only do it half-arsed and take it easy on the beginners level for the whole 30 days without trying
