Your body is using that energy (burning the fat) to keep you alive. You need calories, and even more important, nutrients, to stay healthy. Again, you need to eat more. Way more than what you're eating now.
-
Am I getting this right? You've been eating 872 calories per day for the past few weeks? If so, you're losing weight at such a fast pace because you're eating less than a toddler. This is not healthy, you need to eat more food.

This should be a lifestyle change, not a diet for x amount of time. If you want Chinese food then eat it and enjoy it. It will not set you back.

A calorie deficit is all you need to lose weight. But you could up your fats a little, they seem low. You want a minimum of 0.8 per lb of body weight for protein and a minimum of 0.4 per lb of body weight for fats. The rest of your calories are filled with carbs.

Usually one day a week

I don't think it makes a difference for weight loss. It's just a matter of personal preference.

I love to lift because it makes me stronger. It has given me more confidence than I ever thought I would have. Plus, I love how it changed my body.
-
I do this too.
-
It's all about personal preference. Try it and see how you feel.

If you want to bulk, you need to eat a calorie surplus. Fats are very important so make sure you eat enough of them. Bacon, cheese, eggs, nuts, coconut/olive oil, etc. If you hit your macros you will also reach your calorie target.

If MFP gave you a calorie goal of 1300 and you burn 500, you are supposed to eat those calories back. So you eat the 1300 + whatever you burn through exercise.

I've always used and will always use real butter. Or olive oil depending on what I'm eating/cooking.
