I'm a bit off the opposite. I have a worse body image now that I've lost weight, than I did when I was heavy. Now, I am very self conscious about what I wear and how I look.

I cut out a lot of alcohol, not for the calories, but it tends to give me acid reflux. When I do drink, I will try to stick to 2 or so drinks, but I drink a pint of water between each drink. When I started this challenge, I was 175.9, and this morning, I am down to 166.4, losing a total of 9.5 pounds! Last time I was this weight was in 2011, after having the flu and losing 15 pounds. I started a new challenge for myself, to get down to 160 by Easter, March 31.

I am giving up meat. I would give up sweets, but I am very good finding every single loophole. Don't really drink alcohol since I started MFP. Meat will be tough.

My mom had me make Bisquick bicscuits for part of breakfast, and not only did I avoid eating one or three, I also didn't let myself eat any of the raw dough scraps that she left on the counter for me. When I am wearing jeans, in the small fifth pocket. In work clothes, if I am wearing pants with a light waistband, I will clip it on there. Otherwise it goes in a shirt pocket or in my bra.
