My goal is 1520 each day. I'm 5ft 9 and exercise 2-3 times per week. I only eat my exercise calories if I am realy hungry but rarely go over my allowance. I'm losing wieght slowly but this suits me as so no food is off limits so long as I track it and it fits into my daily allowance.

Hi I want to lose 15lbs by then too. I am also new, just strated yesterday. I'm getting married next year so if I can reach goal by Christmas then I don't need to stress about it in the lead up.
