I like challenges. I think that they jump start motivation...even if you don't feel like you need it. Like another poster says..what is the worst thing that could happen? You are more informed about the stats of your body and you work hard to lose fat. If you don't win, well you don't win--if you aren't very competitive,…

I am currently on Day 10 of my challenge :) I feel a lot better. Have a ton more energy. I was eating healthy before, but I have no desire for soda anymore (which is great--thank you Spark) and I am feeling MUCH better. I haven't lost a TON of weight yet and I won't know inches until the end but feel free to add so we can…

You probably don't feel like it..and neither do I but workout! Do yourself that favor! Go for a walk, a jog, get on the elliptical, just move! You will feel better, have exercise calories and you won't feel so restricted. I really don't want to but I am going to the gym! LET'S GO!

I LOVE this program! I am on Week 4 :) Good luck!!

Honestly...I considering a "binge" eating above 100-200 of my normally allotted calories if it is a non-workout day (few and far between) or using all my exercise calories on days that I workout. But that is just my personal opinion, of which I will probably get blasted for, but it does happen and I do binge on occasion!

This! And I am glad that I am not the only one that says douchecanoe!!

I NEVER count cleaning as exercise. I do have my calories set as sedentary since I work a desk job. I just consider it "extra burn" and mentally add it to my 3,500 I need to meet each week.

I am sure you will have a great time no matter what and there is some great advice here. I am currently using C25K and lifting! Don't be afraid to pick up some weights! It is a great workout and will help you build lean muscle. Good luck!

Welcome and good luck! Feel free to add me :)

I am doing Week 3 Day 1 tonight when I get home from work :)

I don't think it is necessarily to keep them sexually attracted to you--I think it is MORE important to be healthy so that you are around longer, able to take care of yourself, your children, and them! And to still be active and alive!

You look amazing! Great work!

I just did Week 2 Day 1 about an hour ago. Feel free to add me if you would like :)

I still wear mine. I don't eat back exercise calories (though--on days I run, if I go 50-150 over, I'm not upset), but I still like seeing that number. It is like an internal challenge with myself to get to a certain number of calories burned before I am done :) If it motivates you, great. If not--I wouldn't worry about it!

Pizza :-/ I mean, really! I may just have to stop eating it all together!

Go in with an open mind :) Ask the instructor to help you adjust your bike. TAKE WATER! And a towel. Consider investing ($15-20) in a padded seat cushion for bikes. My saved my @$$...literally :) Mostly. JUST ENJOY! Spinning is AWESOME!

Two words.... Runners High. It's an addiction :)

I try to keep my water intake up. That helps keep the hunger away at times when I shouldn't actually be hungry. Other than that, I am in the SAME boat! Weekend struggler right here!

It's great that your boyfriend is trying to motivate you! It is always helpful to have a great support system. That being said...22lbs is quite a bit in two months. I don't know how far you are from your ultimate goal weight, but if you are close, it will be more difficult. Make sure you are fueling your body. Lift AND…

That is absolutely amazing! I believe that God puts people in our lives for very specific reasons and there is no such thing as coincidence. So glad you got to experience this awesome part of God's plan just the way He intended!

I agree! Eat healthy before the event! Also, drink lots of water! It will make you feel full. Then you can believe yourself when you tell your family you are already full :) And try not to hang out directly around all of the food.

You look fantastic! Great job!

Jump back to your regular calorie intake--and lots of water and it should come off :)

I'm not a parent--but I work in the education field and this is absolutely horrific! I cannot even imagine being in this situation. Being from a very similar sized community I understand the close-knit family type feel. Many prayers to everyone affected by this terrible tragedy!

I am NO expert...I can tell you that. BUT what I can tell you is this--when I am good about working out--which I was until a few weeks ago--I noticed A LOT less anxiety and a much more perky demeanor than when I am not working out (now). I have a pretty high anxiety level as well so I know how overwhelming that feeling can…

I am currently 24 and do not have children and am not necessarily in a huge hurry. But I do have friends that have 5 year old children and younger. In my hometown it was--get out and go to college or stay home and have babies. I grew up in an extremely small town in Indiana but have moved to "the big city" of Indianapolis.

This is so amazing! Congratulations!
