Hey guys! I start next Monday 3rd week and I love it! It's motivating, Jillian is excellent! For cons, I do not diet plan because it is too restrictive, but I keep my calories to 1200 a day with my own recipes. I lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks and I sleep much better! Keep it up!
