I just started lifting heavy again about 10months ago. I lifted in college and then kinda got out of it until last year. Bench 135lbs, DL 205LBS Back Squat 155lbs. I weigh 110. lbs I'm not a powerlifter but I do crossfit, run, bike and boot camp.

Wow, you must have a really bad experience. I've been doing crossfit for 5 months and have never been pushed to do more weight. In fact, half way into one WOD I realized I had tried to do too much weight and starting switching over to lighter weight and a trainer came right over to help me get the lighter weights on. I…

I added my bf to my gym membership for Valentine's Day. That way we can work out together when we can.
