  • My favorite is spinach, strawberries, blueberries, pecans or walnuts, feta cheese, dried cranberries, and fat free raspberry vinaigrette! You could also add salmon or tuna for protein :-)
  • Miralax!!! Love this stuff...it's an osmotic laxative so it helps take care of fluid retention as well as bloating and constipation :-)
  • Yay for you!! I am also on week 4! I went into it thinking "Okay, if I can't do it then I won't be discouraged. I'll just go back and repeat week 3- No big deal." But I did it and felt fine at the end! It's a great feeling isn't it?
  • I just started today!! Got up at 5:30am to do day one!! I found it challenging but not impossible...my legs are a little sore but other than that I feel great. I am looking forward to tomorrow ;-) Good luck and keep us updated!!
  • I am an LPN in a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon's Office. It's such a rewarding job to be a part of helping disfigured people (because of trauma and cancer) regain their identity :)

"THEY" whoever that is, says that you should not consume less than 1200 calories a day. So if you didn't eat back your exercise calories you would have essentially only eaten 398 calories for the…
  • My mother lived by the quote "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" She even printed it out on paper and taped it to her refrigerator. This helped her and i am trying to use it as well.
  • I would suggest that you don't (i'm a nurse)...when you have a fever your body burns more calories than it normally would, even at rest. Also, your body needs as much nutrition as it can get to be able to heal and fight disease when you are sick. This is just a suggestion.
  • Thanks guys this really helps!!! i honestly don't think i am getting enough water...i am a nurse and drinking= peeing so i just don't have time to run to the bathroom a lot. I will add some strength training to my workout tonight as well : ) Thanks again!
  • if i were you i would try to match them, if not go over them by 10 or so just to be safe. not getting enough calories can be just as detrimental to your weight loss goal as having too many, because your body will go into "starvation mode" and try to hold on to everything for reserve. hope this helps :)
