Wow, were you just a little bit bloated after this? Admittedly, I feel full to the point of pain after around 4k

Has the OP even been back to read all these wonderful responses? I have not noticed any further posts in here from them ?

Back in 2013, my body fat was around 12% at 140 pounds and 5’10. I never aimed for that and it is apparently not healthy for a female to sustain but at the time, I was doing a lot of training. I note here I did still menstruate as normal. Maybe 12 hours per week of boxing, weights, circuits, running and a lot of walking. I…

I would have a 1000 days but I left mfp for a few years during a rough time real life so yeah lol. I was here for several years and came back here earlier this year. Really wish now that I had continued to log in regardless but oh well. Also. Why is there always that one person who seems to live to put a dampener on other…

I would leave them for another day when you are more hungry and need them. Bound to be a meal out or an occasion when you will be glad of the extra. You might fancy a piece of cake or some cookies later in the week and have those spare calories to use still.

I only really have one proper meal a day which is my dinner and so I eat for that. I have a range of times when I might eat it depending on what else I am doing but I always have that meal. The rest of the time I will have something small if I am hungry or lacking in energy like an egg or some cheese or maybe a few…

A British Xmas food - Mini mince pies ... probably my favourite Xmas food.

No, the person who can eat the most and still lose weight is the winner. Going on a crash diet will lead only to failure and then you will be back to Square One, wondering why you didn't listen to all the good advice you are being given here. Lose weight too rapidly, on too high of a deficit, and you shoot yourself in the…

I imagine he uses certain chemical assistance to reach that sort of size, on top of his training regime.

I have a 'good' meal every evening for dinner, as I am a creature of habit. Currently this is a chicken breast, baby new potatoes/root vegetable mash, a duck egg and almost a pound of vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, babycorn and fine beans.

Either do not buy them, buy only one portion or do what I do and stick them in the freezer so that they take longer to get through and you have to think more before getting some.

I am not aiming to lose weight here although I have lost weight. I am having an ED relapse myself having done so very well for years prior. I also purge after eating, especially if I feel full or have eaten a meal outside of my usual. I also am having binge issues. Feel free to add me although I am not sure how much help I…

What do you mean by 'dangerous behaviours' ? Do you mean in terms of just excessive eating, or are you referring to purging and/or excessive exercise?
-
I echo the suggestion to seek some help if you are still struggling, as you seem to be, with ED related issues. I know it is hard and relapses do periodically occur. I can relate as I myself am struggling with a relapse currently into underweight territory and periodic binge episodes and finding help is very difficult…

63 minutes intense intervals on cross trainer. 40 minutes abs, strength, hanging leg raises, 10kg ball throw etc.

I used to regularly get in 1200-1500 calorie burns, back when I was 62kg, but obviously, I was heavier then you, and as with everything, my chest strap based HRM might have been out. It was hard work and involved an hour and a half of my own cardio as well as a boxing class, weights and walking. I was very fit and very…

I am fairly regular and generally both pee and poop within an hour of waking up. However, I keep odd hours and I tend to eat most of my food during the evening hours so my weigh in is always on a Saturday at 6.30pm, after fasting for the day since I mostly fast most days anyway but Saturday is after a rest day or two and I…

I echo the suggestion of a diet break and also. Wow. No desserts for a year ? Nadda? Not even healthy dessert ? I suggest during this diet break you practise incorporating the things you enjoy eating into your diet in moderate amounts so that you will be better prepared when you hit goal or there’s the danger that, after…

Mine were back in 2013/2014 when I reached peak fitness. I managed 6 gym classes in one day on one occasion (it was my gym's open day and I set that challenge for myself. These included quite intense classes) I ran my first and only 5k and was the first woman back, did it in 24 minutes. I was 3rd back overall, out of…

I am just under 5'10. Highest weight - Around 160 (didn't weigh at time- anti depressant issues triggered my to gain to that after being a max of 145 my entire life) Current weight - 123 Ibs Goal - Well, it was to maintain at 126-128, maybe gain, but things have slid in the wrong direction mentally

I used to do a lot of boxing fitness classes back in 2013/2014 and also went, for a time, to a proper boxing gym. It was a great way for me to get out any stress/anger and I did truly love it. I also did other stuff, including some weights, running, cross trainer, circuits etc, but boxing was my main passion and it played…

A potentially useful series of articles for those practising or considering practising Intermittent Fasting, which I myself used to do and still do periodically.

What a load of rubbish. It is true that the majority of cereal bars are no better than an ordinary chocolate bar and sure, flavoured yoghurts and commercialised breads tend to have sugar added, but so what? These things can be eaten in moderation the same as any other food and will not hinder fat nor weight loss. The…

When I am truly maintaining, my weight has tended to not vary more than 1-2 Ibs in either direction, often with months of exactly the same weight from week to week. Daily, I would not know as I only weigh weekly.

Hell yeah, it really does show on a leaner body when you have had a big meal, doesn't it? I literally have a totally flat stomach most of the time, but throw down my dinner, even though it is healthy, and I bloat right out afterwards, lol. It is a real irritant to me. Only thing I found ever helped in the past was getting…

Get an interest in teas... there are so many amazing varieties out there that are caffeine free, you can even get a tea that is chocolate flavoured.

I am looking forward to trying this when it hits the Uk in January (of course it would, to target all those people trying to get rid of the Christmas weight gain), but I am not interested in eating an entire pint, even if the calories are quite low, because I just cannot handle that much in my stomach anymore, lol. To…

Hah, my dilemma lately is usually whether to have a bit of Red Velvet Cake or Dark Belgian Chocolate cake or to have some ferrero roche instead. I have 3 cakes in my cupboard currently because I wanted to try them all out and yeah, I think my boyfriend will be eating a lot of cake next week since I cannot get through them…

Managed to push through my 5th day in a row of working out - intensely. Usually, it has been 3-4 a week. Got an electric blanket finally as I really feel the cold at night. Saw a box of 48 toffifee... bought it. Not had those in ages and ages... maybe only a good thing if I manage to moderate them, lol.

Yesterday - 54 minutes Elliptical, set on interval training, split into two workouts due to an appointment. 30 minutes various weights, abs exercises, throwing a 10kg ball down etc. 13k steps on my tracker on top of that. Today - 63 minutes Elliptical, set on interval training 45 minutes various weights, abs exercises,…
