I just put on a 5K and we had 265 runners. The time averaged from 16 minutes to an hour! Some people walk with their children in strollers. You should register! What great motivation to take a little time off, or if not, it is just great that you can finish a 5K!

L1D1 complete. I have tried to do this before and failed. I am going to try to take it easy this time. Maybe I will stick with it! Has anyone completed this before? What did you do to stay on track?

I did the couch to 5K and it was great! You just need to stick with it and try not to push yourself harder or further than the program. It was the first time I was ever able to run.

I am in! My thighs are my "trouble area" and I hear squats really help with that area! Here's to my first day!

Have you lost inches? I gained weight with the 30DS but lost inches.

I had music going to first day. I cannot stand to listen to the insturctions on any workout dvd. The time passes so slow unless I have my music turned up loud! :happy:

I am not logging! I am going to enjoy all my food. I have been so good about staying under or right at my calorie goal everyday and now I am going to enjoy every calorie in my favorite dish.....lots of mashed potatoes!:laugh:

The exact same thing is happening to me. In fact, I gained weight when I first started. But, I am still losing inches and that is what really matters to me :happy:

eating well.com has a stuffed twice baked potato recipe. I made it a few night ago and it was amazing! I had it as my main dish but if you leave out the ground beef you could have it as a side.
