What fruits and vegetables are you juicing? Some juices can taste really good. A go to of mine is spinach, apple, and some berries or maybe an apricot. It's delightful.

No, you should only put fruit and vegetables through your juicer. PB would probably damage your juicer. If you want to add other things like PB or PB2 you should mix it in with the juice post juicing.

I haven't had a major leg injury but there's a huge strength imbalance between my legs as well. When I do step ups or any other exercise that isolates one leg, it's always way easier with my left leg and somewhat of a struggle with my right. Make sure you do your first set with your weaker leg!

my gym has swiss balls and steps IN the weight room but if yours doesn't i'm sure it's okay to take them where you need to use them. as long as you put things back where they belong no one should have a problem!

i wouldn't replace my weight lifting with yoga, but i like to do both. i believe asthanga yoga is the best kind for strength training by the way.

I didn't do the jumping moves part of the BWM for my first A workout because I was already worn out. I have no problem with not doing them at all! I don't want to hurt my knees.

Maybe if you're feeling real guilty about the ice cream, you should start to think about all of truly terrible things you've done in your life and then you won't be thinking about the ice cream anymore.

Yep, this is what has worked for me. I rarely run for distance and just stick to sprinting intervals. But I have noticed on those rare days that I run for distance that I'm faster than I was before doing sprints. I personally like 30 secs sprinting and 1:30 recovering. Whatever works best for you.
