I eat 1700 Calories a day. (My wife eats 1400). I try to come as close as I can to no more than 20% - 25% Fat.... 35% - 45% Protein... and if possible no more than 45% carbs. What I have found that is simple and is working for Both my wife and I is (she eats 1200-1400 calories) and I eat 1700 calories a day.
