I LOVE my Ninja!!!! I basically use mine for smoothies and making baby food. Perfect! A Vitamix is too expensive for my needs.

I take a small potato, slice it lengthwise with the skin on, spray some olive oil on it, use a little seasoning, and bake. So good.

Just so ya know that it doesn't get better, my daughter is 5'0", 108 lbs, and she has just as hard a time finding jeans that fit right, as I do. I hate shopping with her...she's 27.

I have zilch rhythm myself, so I hid out at the back of the class at the beginning. I was pitiful, but the instructor told me just keep moving, keep it at my level. I did. As time went on, i started doing better and better, it took awhile, but now I can move it, and I have even gained some rhythm...I amaze myself! ANYONE…

I use a chocolate whey. It's delicious, and i have no problem with it.

Give it away, or throw it away. It was very nice for someone to make it for you. Now, be nice to yourself, and get rid of it. It'll be gone one way or another....would you rather eat it, and gain weight? I've been there....

Eat a fruit or a veggie...something that will fill you up. Try to always eat filling foods, not empty carbs. It will really help you not ever get to that point of starvation. Of course you know, children in Africa are starving, not you, lol. (Oooops, thats my mom talking!)

I am getting ready to do the same thing. I have a roku and an xbox to stream on, I'm just going to get an antenna to get my local channels, and I'm done.

I am an active WW member. But....I know all about calories in, calories out. That's why I'm here. I double-log....and when I get to 1200 calories, I stop, no matter how many points I have left. Now, if I feel like I am starving, I will eat a veggie or a fruit, but that only happened the first week, I'm in control now.

Kroger's has Fage in the health food section. Not with just the regular yogurts.

I love PB2. You can mix it with anything. And it is real peanut butter, it just has no fat. I mix it with yogurt a lot, and it's great in protein shakes!
